The meeting was very helpfull. The participants got an idea of what is to be done and what is expected of them. The atmosphere was comfortable and warm. As marketing expert the meeting has given me many issues to think about. [DECISIONS] Name all decisions that were made during the meeting. Mark those decisions that you consider of high importance for your role with a *. Write fragmented notes. A dicision was made to create a user friednly tv remote*, Which is relativly cheap to make. A remote with a key lock option for costomers convinience*. It was dicided to keep the tv remote simple and straight forward. The Interior designer will come up with some ideas on what tool to use to make the remote to make it reliable and cost effective. The marketing expert will take a look at what people want in a remote and look at the trends. The Progect maneger will prepare for the next meeting making an agenda and some of his own ideas.
