Please keep in mind that your notes are part of the project documentation - among other things, they will be used by myself and other staff to stay informed about the state of the project. Write notes that are understandable for somebody who was not present during the meeting The head of your department [ABSTRACT] Write one paragraph of coherent text to summarize the meeting as a whole from your role's perspective. In this meeting we discussed the final disain issues, and evaluated the prototype. Then we calculated the production costs. It turned out that the estimated production costs were over the budject. Therefore, we had to slightly simplify the design, and removed some of the advanced, but non too necessary features - scroll button and the voice sampler. Since the voice sampler was also ment to be used when locating the remote control, we had to provide an alternative solution. We decided that it would just beep when the locator button that can be attched to the TV (or anywhere else for that matter) is pressed. The whole group was very satisfied with the design of the prototype. We expect the product to be great success. [DECISIONS] Name all decisions that were made during the meeting.
