This was our concluding meeting for our project design. Everyone gave feedback, and there was a general sense of achievement. we felt we had done well and fulfilled all of the specifications. [DECISIONS] Name all decisions that were made during the meeting. Mark those decisions that you consider of high importance for your role with a *. Write fragmented notes. 1) There will be a central core, which is neutral - white/light blue 2) The LCD screen is set in to the handset so that it closes fully 3) Voice recognition should be used in order to find the remote if it lost 4) It will use IR transmission and 2 separate PCB's 5) The touch screen will be black and white to save on costs 6) The lower half of the design will have the very basic buttons on it; volume, power, programme etc. 7) We had to change the design to a flat design from double curved. We would make up for this in the shape of the foam cover. 8) We also had to abandon the voice recognition software because of our budget, however we still recommend that this is pursued.
