Strict agenda enforced a certain structure and time table to meeting - not fault of project manager, but the project manager seemed to have to complete a process, cause team focus on quantity rather than quality d.. The "techie" gear hindered the flow of ideas and information - too many laptops, too many devices distracting attention - visually. e.. No center of attention in the room - was it whiteboard, the projector or the team members f.. Room had no focus to glue & focus attention of the team to g..
