The purpose of the meeting was to make final decisions about the concepts of the product. As usual I had to keep the meeting on track, in terms of it's time frame, and the topics we discussed. There was a lot of creative input to the meeting and I tried to ensure that everyone felt able to share their opinions. [DECISIONS] Name all decisions that were made during the meeting. The meeting went on too long - we could have continued the discussion for at least another 15 minutes and I had to pressure the team into wrapping up quickly. There were a lot of decisions to be made that came down to personal preference - a problem when there are 4 team members to be satisfied.
