Positions

The University-wide PhD application is open throughout the year. However, most scholarship applications take place in November to early January each year (first round). So please start to prepare the PhD application as early as in November for the coming year’s intake (eg, apply on Nov 2021, for the PhD starting on Sep 2022). The 2nd round of PhD recruitment takes place at Feb and March for the September intake of the same year (apply latest in Feb/March 2021 for Sep 2021 intake).

Currently, there are positions on robot learning of motor skills and multi-task learning with a focus on real-world deployment. Also, I am happy to take exceptionally outstanding MRes students.
